What Is the Spirit Rock?

The Spirit Rock is a fun and creative way for families to celebrate milestones, share messages, and show school spirit! Renting the rock is a great way to send a message for all to see! Located prominently on campus near the carpool driveway, the rock can be painted to honor birthdays, recognize achievements, show appreciation for a teacher, or simply spread positivity throughout our school community.

The Spirit Rock is more than just paint—it's a symbol of pride, encouragement, and connection. Whether you're shouting out a student’s big day or rallying support for a school event, your message helps build a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere for everyone.

How It Works

• The Spirit Rock is available for weekly rental for $50. Families can reserve the Spirit Rock for a specific week via the BUY button below
• The renter can paint the rock any time after 5:00 pm Friday, and it will remain until 4:59 pm the following Friday. Messages remain in place for 1 week (or until the start of the next reservation)
• Once you reserve your week & make your purchase -- start planning your design. You bring the paint and the creativity—we provide the canvas!
• All proceeds go directly back to our students & staff at Highcroft Drive Elementary by funding the many student clubs and enrichment programs provided by the HDE PTA.
