Bus Loop Grounds Fundraising

All of our students at Highcroft Drive Elementary use the bus loop area for PE 2, when weather permits. And for years, PE 2 has been engulfed in sand storms on windy days.

To combat this, Mr. Karges and the HDE PTA are working with landscapers to make some improvements.

We're going to add mulch in many areas, including at the base of the trees in that section.
We'll also cut back some of the trees to allow more sun to reach this area.
Professional landscapers will install sod and follow up with watering and maintenance while the grass gets established.

The estimated cost is over $8000 for this project that will impact all of our students.
