2024-2025 PTA Meeting Minutes

The PTA Board meets monthly, typically on the first Monday of the month in the front conference room of HDES at 9:15AM. Some meetings may be held in the evening over Zoom.   

These meetings are open to all PTA members. You can email highcroftpta@gmail.com for more information. We encourage you to read our meeting minutes and committee reports to see what we're up to. 

• General Membership meetings are held during Curriculum Night in October and during the Spring Carnival in May.
• Our budget is approved during Curriculum Night.
• Our incoming slate of officers is approved during Spring Carnival.
